Eat what you love,
less often.
NotYet lets you set how often you want to have something — bacon every 5 days, beer twice a week, whatever the rule is. Log it when you do. The clock resets. No rules except yours. No calorie math. No guilt.

What people moderate
NotYet works for anything you want to enjoy a little less often. Here's what people actually track.
Or anything else — any emoji, any interval, any habit.
Diets say never.
We say not yet.
Cutting out the foods you love rarely lasts. NotYet takes a gentler path: keep eating them, just space them out. You set the rhythm, the app keeps the time — so moderation finally feels effortless instead of like deprivation. Built for people who eat well — and still love bacon.
Built around one idea: timing, not restriction
See exactly how long until it's ready
Every food gets a countdown ring that fills as its cooldown winds down. One glance tells you whether today's a yes, a soon, or a wait — no math, no journaling.
- Tap "Just ate this" to reset the clock
- Log past dates for things you forgot to record
- Within-limit %, totals, and best gap per food

Your whole week, color-coded
Open the app and the answer is right there. Green means go, amber means soon, red means wait. A summary strip up top counts each at a glance, so you always know what's on the table today.
History & patterns
Every log builds a timeline. See total times eaten, your within-limit percentage, and how long you've kept the rhythm.

One gentle reminder
If you haven't opened NotYet by 8:30 PM, you get a single nudge to log your day. That's the only notification — ever.
Any food, any rhythm
Beer every 3 days, cheese every 14 — set a custom cooldown for anything you want to enjoy a little less often.
Log in two taps
Ate something? Tap the food, tap "Just ate this." The clock resets and you're back to your day in seconds.
No calorie counting
No macros, no weigh-ins, no judgment. NotYet tracks timing only — the one thing that actually makes moderation stick.

Questions, answered
Is NotYet a diet app?+
Not at all. NotYet doesn't count calories, track macros, or tell you what to eat. It tracks timing — how long since you last had something, and when your personal cooldown ends. Think of it as a rhythm tracker, not a restriction enforcer.
How is this different from a habit tracker?+
Most habit trackers reward you for doing something every day. NotYet works the opposite way — it rewards spacing things out. Instead of building a streak, you're building a gap.
Can I use NotYet to drink less alcohol without quitting?+
Yes — that's one of the most common use cases. Set beer to "every 3 days," log it when you have one, and the cooldown starts. No judgment if you go outside the window — just log it and reset. Moderation, not abstinence.
What if I eat something before the cooldown ends?+
Log it. That's the whole point — honest logging beats a perfect record. NotYet has no penalty, no broken streak, no "you failed" screen. It resets the clock and lets you see your real pattern over time.
Does NotYet send a lot of notifications?+
Just one. If you haven't opened the app by 8:30 PM, you get a single evening nudge. No "your cooldown ended!" alerts, no daily check-ins. The widget gives you a passive glance without any push.
Is my data private?+
Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, no server that knows what you eat. NotYet Pro includes manual backup so you control your own data.
Can I track things other than food?+
Yes — anything with an emoji works. People track coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, energy drinks. If you want to do something less often, NotYet can track it.
What does "cooldown" mean?+
When you log something, a cooldown starts — a timer counting down to when you've decided it's okay to have it again. Set bacon to every 7 days and the ring fills over those 7 days, going from red to green. One glance tells you where you stand.
